We believe that most people want to live fulfilled lives and do well in whatever they undertake. Through experiential learning and purposeful reflection, people can reach their full potential.
We use an integrated approach to mind, body, and spirit wellness. With holistic leadership, a baseline level of leadership behavior (e.g., self-leadership) is expected and developed from within every member in the organization. Our view leads to a more authentic expression of participant empowerment because responsibility is shared rather than conferred.
Our coaching and consulting services provide the opportunities for people to take a look at "self" and "self" in relation to others.
We are a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) established in 1993
In order to ensure complete understanding of perspective, we solicit and provide feedback and seek to understand and express ourselves through active listening. We encourage and are open to new ideas and methodologies, fostering a climate that allows risk taking and freedom to learn from experience, while striving for excellence. We are free to make honest and sincere expression without fear of bias, prejudice or malice. We encourage and value honesty and candor from associates, colleagues, and clients.
We act with sensitivity to the fact that our recommendations and actions may alter the lives and well-being of people within our client systems. We respect the fundamental rights, dignity, and worth of all people, including rights to privacy, confidentiality, and self-determination. We are sensitive to cultural and individual differences, including those due to age, sex, race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, disability, and socioeconomic status. We adapt methods to the needs of different organizations and cultures.
We accept responsibility for our behavior and decisions. We possess an exceptional basis for professional judgments. We assume responsibility for our personal actions and choices, and accept personal accountability for the quality of our work. We support and assume collective responsibility and accountability for organizational decisions and actions. We demonstrate those professional ethics and behaviors we espouse.
We recognize our own personal needs and desires and deal with them responsibly in the performance of our roles. We serve the long-term well-being, interests, and development of the client system and all its stakeholders, even when the work has a short-term focus. We avoid having multiple relationships with clients that impair professional judgment. We deal with conflicts constructively and avoid conflicts of interest. We do not exploit or mislead clients or customers during and after professional relationships.
We conduct our business with honesty, fairness, and respect in interactions with both clients and peers. We work truthfully, thereby avoiding false, misleading, or deceptive statements when describing or reporting qualifications, services, products, or fees.
We provide services within the boundaries of our education, training, and experience. We stay abreast of current information in the field and participate in ongoing professional efforts to maintain our competence.
Are you ready to move forward? Let's begin a partnership today and discuss how we can help you reach your goals and full potential.
We partner with each client to identify personal strengths and weaknesses in relation to goals whether they are:
This unique working partnership addresses gaps in opportunities, issues and concerns for continued personal growth, and career success.
We provide a range of coaching services that includes life coaching, business coaching, relationship coaching, and self-development for individual growth and awareness. Enjoy the benefits of being privately coached in your own home or office with no hassle of travel and scheduling.
We offer essential skills for the new leader/manager or the tested leader/manager looking for improvement.
Our confidential coaching services for those people leading teams allow coachees to develop at their own pace with the support and encouragement of an experienced coach.
Senior leaders/managers are often on their own to develop their organizations. The occasional or mandatory annual training hardly addresses the deeper issues and challenges senior leaders/managers face. Working with an experienced coach, senior leaders learn, in confidential coaching sessions, what it takes to lead organizations.
We help to define and show ways to apply concrete goals as a "Road Ahead" to help individuals and organizations achieve desired results.
The heart of our leadership development is the leader as a servant to others. Training is in select areas that transform managers to leaders and develops leadership in everyone. This includes, but is not limited to, visioning, interpersonal communications, change management, and creative problem solving.
We developed the Tri-Level Leadership theory, approach, and model in 2009 after years of using and presenting other models. Although we find merit in other models, we wanted a model that was easier to comprehend but more importantly easier for leaders to implement. We have used the Tri-Level Leadership theory, approach, and model in both the Federal and private sectors from entry level through executive level. The Tri-Level Leadership theory, approach, and model identifies how much explaining and helping a follower requires for successful task accomplishment. Task accomplishment includes the knowledge, information, training, skills, equipment, tools, and facilities that are available to the people in the organization to accomplish their work (the collective mission).
An individual growth workshop that arms and activates an individual's healthy responses to stress. This experiential workshop enables participants to maximize positive stressors and minimize the negative, both for themselves and others.
Instructional Systems Design Study is a self-paced coaching and on-line course. This course covers all phases of the ISD process (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). It is best for participants to attend with a real-time ISD project to complete. Participants can enroll throughout the year at times convenient to their work schedules.
